How to Upload Photos in an Inspection
Photo uploads allow inspectors to provide visual documentation during an inspection. Adding images helps give directors additional context and supports inspection findings, especially for non-compliant or not applicable items.
Step 1: Select an Inspection Item
While completing an inspection, choose Not Applicable or Non-Compliant for the applicable inspection item.
Step 2: Add an Image
Tap the Click Here to Add Images button. This will open your device’s camera or photo selection option.
Step 3: Capture and Submit the Photo
Take the photo as needed, then select Add or Submit to attach it to the inspection item.
Step 4: Continue the Inspection
Proceed to the next inspection item and repeat the process as needed.
Step 5: Director Review
All uploaded images are included with the inspection and sent to the director for review.
