How to Reset Your Password
This article explains how to update your InspectU password. It covers both scenarios: changing your password while logged in and what to do if you’ve forgotten your password and can’t access your account.
Change Your Password While Logged In
If you are currently logged in and want to update your password, follow these steps:
Log in to InspectUPro.com
In the upper-right corner of the page, click the arrow-down icon next to your profile picture.

Select My Profile from the menu.
Your profile information will appear. On the right side of the page, locate the Password section.

Enter your current password, then enter the new password you would like to use.
Save your changes and wait for the confirmation message indicating your password has been updated.
For confirmation, you may log out and log back in using your new password.
Forgot Your Password?
If you are unable to log in because you’ve forgotten your password, please contact our support team for assistance. They will help you reset your password securely.
