Go to the Help Center: From your dashboard, navigate to the "Help" section and select “Get Help with Digitizing Forms.”
Submit a Request: Provide the details of the form, including any fields or information that need to be included in the digital version.
Work with the Support Team: Our team will assist you in creating a template from your internal form, ensuring all data can be captured digitally.
