Completion Report
The Completion Report gives you a high-level summary of inspection or checklist completion across your organization. It's best used for compliance tracking and quickly checking what has been completed, what's still outstanding, or how work is distributed across sites and users.
Where to find it: Go to Reports in the left navigation, select either the Inspections or Checklists tab, then choose Completion Report from the Select Report Type dropdown.
Filters
Date Ranges Choose whether to filter results by Completion Date (when it was submitted) or Due Date (when it was originally due). Select one to define the time window for your report.
Filter by Narrow the data down by selecting one of three options:
- None — Returns all records across the organization.
- Sites — Reveals a site selector so you can pull data for one or more specific locations.
- Users — Reveals a user list showing each person's name, role, and assigned sites. Select one or more users to see their individual activity.
Select Status Filter by one or more statuses: Approved, Assigned, Pending Review, Review Required, Draft, or Action Requested. If left empty, all statuses are included in the report.
Exporting
Once your filters are set, you can export the report in two formats:
- Create PDF — Downloads a formatted PDF of the completion data.
- Create Completion CSV — Downloads a spreadsheet-friendly CSV file, useful for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
