Detailed Report
The Detailed Report is a searchable, filterable list of all your inspections or checklists. Use it when you need to locate a specific submission, audit individual records, or review historical activity across your organization.
Where to find it: Go to Reports in the left navigation, select either the Inspections or Checklists tab, then choose Detailed Report from the Select Report Type dropdown.
Filters
Click Show Filters to reveal the filter panel. You can search by any combination of the following:
- Inspection / Checklist Name — Search by the name of the specific record.
- Category — Filter by the category assigned to the inspection or checklist.
- Due Date (From) / Due Date (To) — Set a date range to narrow results by due date.
- Site — Filter by a specific site name.
- Submitted By — Filter by the name of the user who submitted the form.
Click Apply Filters to update the results, or Clear All Filters to reset.
Results
The results table displays each record with its Name, Category, Due Date, and Site. You can adjust the sort order using the Order entries by dropdown and control how many results appear per page.
Note: The Detailed Report is a view-only list — there are no export options. To export data, use the Completion Report instead.
