How to create inspections from your dashboard?
Setting up a new inspection is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to create, customize, and assign an inspection directly from your Director Dashboard.
Step 1: Start from the Director Dashboard
Click the Create Inspection button from your Quick Menu.
Step 2: Select Your Organization
From the Organization dropdown menu, select your organization.
If you only manage one organization, it may be pre-selected for you.
Step 3: Select an Inspection Template
Choose the inspection template you wish to use.
If the template you need isn’t listed, please contact our support team so we can assist in adding it.
Step 4: Name Your Inspection
Enter a descriptive name for your inspection. This will help you and your team identify it easily later.
Step 5: Choose a Category
Select a category for your inspection.
Don’t see the category you need? Reach out to support and we’ll help add it.
Step 6: Review Instructions and Final Messages
Most templates include pre-loaded instructions and final message texts.
You can leave them as is or customize them to match your process.
Step 7: Set a Due Date
Pick a due date for when the inspection must be completed.
Step 8: Select or Create Forms
Choose the form(s) to include in your inspection.

Step 9: Add an Intro or Welcome Message (Optional)
Include an introductory message before the forms if you’d like to provide extra instructions or context to the inspector.
Step 10: Assign Sites and Inspectors
Select the site(s) and inspector(s) for this inspection.
You can assign inspections to multiple sites and multiple supervisors/inspectors at once.
Step 11: Set Recurrence (Optional)
Decide if the inspection should be recurring (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) or leave it as a one-time inspection.
Step 12: Review and Schedule
Check all inspection details and edit any items as needed, then click Schedule when everything is ready.
✅ That’s it! Your inspection is now created and assigned.
