Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Introduction and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the InspectU platform ("Platform"), including all associated services, applications, and APIs provided by InspectU ("InspectU," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with this AUP.
This AUP applies to all users of the Platform, including administrators, employees, contractors, and any other individuals who access the Platform through a Customer's account. This AUP supplements and is incorporated into the InspectU Terms of Service and any applicable Master Service Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
The Platform is provided for the following permitted purposes:
- Internal business operations related to workplace audits, inspections, training, checklists, and compliance management.
- Use by authorized users as designated by the Customer's administrator.
- Creating, managing, and sharing compliance documentation within the Customer's organization.
- Generating reports and analytics for the Customer's internal compliance purposes.
All use must be in accordance with the Agreement, applicable laws, and this AUP.
3. Prohibited Activities
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to, engage in any of the following activities:
3.1 Illegal and Harmful Activities
- Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
- Uploading, transmitting, or storing any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Engaging in harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or any form of abuse directed at other users, InspectU employees, or any third party.
3.2 Security Violations
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful software.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security measures, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or other users' access to the Platform.
3.3 Intellectual Property and Competitive Restrictions
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Platform.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Platform without InspectU's prior written consent.
- Using the Platform, or any data or information obtained from the Platform, to build or assist in building a competing product or service.
- Uploading or transmitting content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
3.4 Misuse of Platform Features
- Automated scraping, data mining, or crawling of the Platform, or excessive API usage beyond permitted limits.
- Impersonating another person, entity, or user of the Platform.
- Using AI-powered features of the Platform to generate harmful, illegal, deceptive, or misleading content.
4. Content Standards
All content uploaded to or created within the Platform must:
- Be accurate and not intentionally misleading.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Be appropriate for a professional workplace environment.
- Not contain any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the intended purpose.
- Not infringe upon any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
5. Account Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and not sharing them with unauthorized individuals.
- Using strong, unique passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication where available.
- Promptly notifying InspectU at support@inspectupro.com of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.
- Logging out of the Platform when accessing it from shared or public devices.
- Ensuring that all individuals who access the Platform through their account comply with this AUP.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it promptly to:

InspectU will investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action. Reports may be made anonymously, and InspectU will not retaliate against any user who makes a good-faith report of a violation.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
InspectU reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP, at its sole discretion:

| 2 | Temporary Suspension: Suspension of access to the Platform for a defined period. | Repeated violations, failure to correct after warning, or moderate severity violation. |
| 3 | Permanent Termination: Termination of the user's account and all access to the Platform. | Severe violations, repeated violations after suspension, or failure to comply with corrective actions. |
| 4 | Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages. | Violations that cause significant harm, involve illegal activity, or breach contractual obligations. |
InspectU may take multiple enforcement actions simultaneously and is not required to follow a progressive enforcement sequence. In cases of severe violations (e.g., illegal activity, security breaches), InspectU may bypass warnings and proceed directly to suspension or termination.
8. Monitoring
InspectU reserves the right to monitor use of the Platform for compliance with this AUP. Such monitoring may include, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing usage patterns and activity logs.
- Investigating reported violations.
- Employing automated tools to detect prohibited activities.
InspectU will conduct monitoring in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Monitoring will be proportionate and limited to what is necessary to ensure compliance with this AUP.
9. Changes to This Policy
InspectU reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, by email to account administrators, or by posting a revised version on our website at InspectUpro.com. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
