Sub-processor List
InspectU, ("InspectU," "we," "us," or "our") uses the following sub-processors to deliver the InspectU platform and related services. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.

Subscribe to Sub-processor Change Notifications
To receive advance notice of changes to this sub-processor list, send an email to support@inspectupro.com with the subject line "Sub-processor Notification Subscription". You will be notified at least 30 days in advance before InspectU engages any new sub-processor or materially changes the use of an existing sub-processor.

Changes to Sub-processors
InspectU may update this sub-processor list from time to time as our business needs evolve. When we engage a new sub-processor or materially change the use of an existing sub-processor, we will:
- Provide at least 30 days advance written notice to subscribers before the new sub-processor begins processing personal data.
- Update this sub-processor list to reflect the change.
- Ensure the new sub-processor is bound by data processing obligations no less protective than those in our DPA.
Objections to New Sub-processors
If you have a legitimate data protection concern regarding a new sub-processor, you may object by following the process below:
- Objection Window: You must submit your written objection within 14 calendar days of receiving notice of the new sub-processor, as specified in the DPA.
- How to Object: Send a written objection to support@inspectupro.com with the subject line "Sub-processor Objection" and include a detailed explanation of your specific data protection concerns.
- Resolution: InspectU will work with you in good faith to resolve the objection. This may include providing additional information about the sub-processor's data protection practices, offering an alternative configuration, or, where no resolution is possible, allowing you to terminate the affected services without penalty as described in the DPA.
