Organization Information Required for InspectU Setup
Learn what information we need from your organization to configure your InspectU account and prepare your platform for use.
During onboarding, the InspectU support team will set up your organization, users, and sites on your behalf. To complete the setup process, we require several pieces of information about your organization, staff, and locations.
Providing this information helps ensure that your InspectU account is configured correctly from the beginning and allows your team to start conducting inspections quickly.
What information do we need from you?
To set up your InspectU organization, please provide the following details through the InspectU Setup Form.
1. Organization Branding and Details
These details allow us to configure your organization inside InspectU and apply your company branding to the platform.
Please provide:
Organization Logo
Your company logo that will appear within the InspectU platform and inspection reports.
Organization Website
The official website of your organization.
Organization Theme Color
Your preferred primary color that will be used within the InspectU interface.
Organization Address and Timezone
Your organization's main address and the timezone that should be used for inspections and reporting.
2. Employee / Staff Information
We will create user accounts for your team so they can access InspectU.
For each staff member who will use the platform, please provide:
Full Name
Email Address
User Role (for example: Administrator, Manager, Inspector)
Site Assignment (which location or locations they belong to)
Once setup is complete, each user will receive their login credentials and access instructions.
3. Site Information
Sites represent the locations where inspections will be conducted.
For each site or location, please provide:
Site Name
Full Address
Site Contact Email
Primary Contact Name and Phone Number
This information allows us to organize inspections and assign staff to the correct locations within InspectU.
What happens after you submit the Setup Form?
Once we receive your completed setup information:
The InspectU team will configure your organization inside the platform
We will create accounts for all listed users
We will add your sites and assign users to the appropriate locations
We will notify your team once your account is ready to use
You can then begin submitting your inspection forms and checklists so our team can digitize them inside InspectU.
