Settings Overview
The Settings section allows you to manage your personal account, customize your dashboard experience, and configure organization and site details. These settings help ensure your account and system are tailored to your needs.
Getting There
Click Settings from the left-hand navigation menu. From here, you can access Profile Settings, Organization Settings, and Sites.
What You Can Do in Settings
- Update your personal profile information and password
- Customize your dashboard layout and preferences
- Manage organization details, branding, and time settings
- Add and manage sites within your organization
- Keep your account, organization, and locations organized and up to date
Profile Settings
Profile Settings allow you to manage your personal account information.
You can:
- Update your email, phone number, and profile photo
- Change your password for account security
Dashboard Settings
Within Profile Settings, you can also customize your dashboard experience:
- Adjust your Quick Actions layout
- Select your primary dashboard section
- Set your default Agenda range
These changes only apply to your personal view.
Organization Settings
Organization Settings allow administrators to manage system-wide configurations.
You can:
- Update your organization name
- Customize branding with logos and colors
- Set primary and secondary interface colors
- Configure time zone and time format
These changes apply to all users within the organization.
Sites
The Sites page allows you to manage all locations associated with your organization.
You can:
- Add new sites or edit existing ones
- Update site details such as name, contact information, and address
- Assign sites to the correct organization
- View and manage users assigned to each site
- Archive sites when they are no longer in use
