Schedules Overview
The Schedules page is where you can create, manage, and track all inspections, checklists, and tasks across your organization. It gives you full control over what is scheduled, in progress, and completed.
Getting There
Click Schedules from the left-hand navigation menu. At the top of the page, you can switch between Inspections, Checklists, and Tasks depending on what you want to manage.
What You Can Do on the Schedules Page
- Create and schedule inspections, checklists, and tasks
- Assign items to specific sites and users
- Track completion status and due dates
- Review submitted entries and generate reports
- Edit, duplicate, or archive scheduled items
Managing Schedules
Each tab displays a list of scheduled items with key details such as name, status, assigned users, and due dates. You can click into any item to view or manage it.
Use the toolbar at the top to create new schedules or view archived items.
Filtering and Sorting
Use Show Filters to narrow down results by criteria like name, due date, assigned users, or site. You can also sort entries and choose which fields to display, making it easier to manage large amounts of data.
Status Tracking
Each scheduled item includes a status indicator such as Assigned, Approved, or Action Requested. These help you quickly identify which items are completed and which need attention.
Tips for New Users
- Use filters to quickly find specific schedules
- Monitor statuses to stay on top of pending or overdue items
- Duplicate existing schedules to save time on recurring tasks
- Archive items instead of deleting them to keep records available
